By registering for or using iDigitalCard (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Service Overview
iDigitalCard provides a digital profile page (biolink-style) that you can share via NFC card, QR code, or URL. Users are responsible for the content they add (photos, links, text, files).
2) Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
3) Acceptable Use
- No illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory content.
- No malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive links.
- No infringement of intellectual property rights.
- No attempts to access other users’ data or system vulnerabilities.
4) Content and Links
You retain ownership of your content. You grant iDigitalCard permission to store and display your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for any third-party links you share (YouTube, Instagram, Google Drive PDFs, etc.).
5) Warranty and Card Care
- NFC card warranty is limited to 1 month from purchase/delivery (whichever is applicable).
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Damage from misuse, bending, water exposure, extreme heat, scratches, or improper handling is not covered.
- The card must be taken care of at all times to avoid damage and malfunction.
6) Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account. Deletion removes your profile access and may remove associated profile data according to operational requirements.
7) Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service to maintain performance and security. We may update these Terms from time to time.
8) Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, iDigitalCard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from use of third-party links/services.
9) Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Compromised Tags/Codes
Users are responsible for safeguarding their NFC tags, QR-linked materials, activation codes, and account credentials. If a tag, code, or linked item is lost, stolen, damaged, copied, or suspected to be compromised, the user must notify the iDigitalCard administrator as soon as possible.
iDigitalCard and/or its administrator may, at their sole discretion:
- Deactivate or disable a tag/code
- Unassign a code from a user profile
- Reassign or replace a code/tag
- Temporarily restrict access while verification is performed
- Refuse reactivation where misuse, fraud, or security risk is suspected
iDigitalCard is not liable for any unauthorized access, viewing, use, or misuse of a lost, stolen, copied, or compromised tag/code before the administrator has received and processed a deactivation or support request. Users remain responsible for reviewing and updating their profile information after any replacement, reassignment, or deactivation event. The administrator’s decision regarding code/tag deactivation, reassignment, replacement eligibility, and account safety actions shall be final, subject to applicable law.
